Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were nice and quiet, but cleanliness could be improved. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Valerie at the manager's reception, who went out of her way to assist us. The location was unbeatable, being close to all the attractions in downtown Savannah. The dining options were satisfactory, although more variety would have been appreciated.
The inn is excellently situated, right on the river with easy access to various spots. The rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, clean, and attractively decorated. The service was attentive with special commendation for their overall assistance. However, the dining options were a bit limited at times. The location is a standout feature, while the facilities provided added convenience to our stay.
My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable with some ups and downs. The location was unbeatable, near many attractions and restaurants. The rooms, while initially in need of a refresh, offered a nice water view after a room change. The service was friendly and helpful, though a bit serious at times. The dining at Huey's was fantastic, but limited options were a drawback. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel had a mixed experience overall. While the room was nice with a wonderful view of the river, it was not entirely prepared for us compared to other guests. The service was very friendly and extremely resourceful, adding a positive touch to our stay. The location by the riverfront was exceptional for exploring the city, but the dining options were limited and not warm, slightly affecting our experience.
