My stay at the hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were nice and quiet, but cleanliness could be improved. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Valerie at the manager's reception, who went out of her way to assist us. The location was unbeatable, being close to all the attractions in downtown Savannah. The dining options were satisfactory, although more variety would have been appreciated.

The inn is excellently situated, right on the river with easy access to various spots. The rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, clean, and attractively decorated. The service was attentive with special commendation for their overall assistance. However, the dining options were a bit limited at times. The location is a standout feature, while the facilities provided added convenience to our stay.
